Returns and Shipping

1. Overview
At Pillow Talk for Better Sleep, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Our return and refund policy applies only to physical products. Virtual products (memberships) are non-refundable.
2. Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Memberships and virtual products.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Personal care and intimate products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
2.2 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card provider, and then your bank. Processing times vary.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at PTBetterSleep@icloud.com.
5. Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, we will send you a return label.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when returning a defective or damaged item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted.
- Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
- For expensive returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
