Marc Tousignant, from Quebec, Canada, is a multi-talented individual with experience in real estate, software, AI consulting, music ( guitarist & singer) and piloting.
However, his lifelong passion for visualization has led him to found « Pillow Talk for Better Sleep, » a YouTube channel and website focused on creating soothing content for better sleep and relaxation.
As the main writer, Marc combines guided video visualizations with captivating blog content to help viewers achieve deep relaxation. His diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on the importance of well-being, and he believes in the transformative power of visualization to improve lives.
